Pilates is a unique non-impact system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago. Pilates will strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility and balance and strengthen the back.

The Pilates method of "Contrology" unites the Mind and Body to create a more streamlined body shape. The goal of MAT work sequence at any level is to create a natural flow of movement that will increase the energy you use to perform the Mat Sequence without sacrificing control.
