Whatever your goals are, including fat loss, muscle gain, increased flexibility, increased core strength and balance, perform better or just general improvements to your overall health and fitness, I’ll help you achieve these goals in the safest and most time efficient manner. I’ll help you set up a program design, keep you motivated, provide guidance in learning proper form and training techniques, and guide you for home gym design and equipment selections. you will learn “How to train yourself” for a longer, healthier lifestyle.
My personal training program is not just a training session, it is a hands on learning experience preparing you to take control of your body and life.
SINGLE TRAINING SESSION
If you are not’t in need of a formal program and you just need an hour of my time to help answer specific training questions, fine tune your program to help you break through those sticking points, fitness assessment, or equipment selection, then this service is for you.
MULTIPLE TRAINING SESSIONS
Now that you are ready to commit to reaching you fitness goals, it is time to schedule regular appointments and invest in multiple training sessions. Regular scheduled workouts with a trainer will hold you accountable, accelerate your fitness progress and ensure that you are exercising with proper form, technique and intensity.
