   Just wanted to let you that because of the spinning classes and Zumba w/adult ed as well as WW I’ve been able to loose 14 lbs and also lowered my cholesterol and glucose numbers. I credit your great classes and my hard work for my success. Thanks Andi

   I’m in your 7:45 class at the Academy. You told us about the video and it is really great!! You did a great job and should be very proud. I am really enjoying the class a lot . Thanks !!!!
