Address balance, strength, and range of motion related to a person’s functional mobility. Balanced 4 Fitness  can also design a personalized exercise routine for you to do at home.

While exercise cannot reverse the symptoms, it can help patients be able to move more normally in day-to-day life, according to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
