We are excited to offer Barre Lass, a full body transforming program that combines Pilates core conditioning with flowing movements. This program is available both Live and Streaming. Barre Cass is designed to transform your entire body by creating long, lean muscles, narrowing your waistline, and increasing suppleness and strength.

What sets Barre Class apart is that it requires no dance experience and involves no jumping or bouncing. The focus is on your core, which is essential to maintaining good posture and a healthy body. By incorporating Pilates core conditioning into the flowing movements, you will see and feel the difference in your body.

Class Policy
All Classes Start on time
If you must cancel a session you must give 24 hour notice by going online to YOUR schedule to cancel, or you will be charged for the full session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session and have not contacted the studio, you may lose your session and will be charged for that session!
All sessions/class cards must be paid for in advance.
