Barre is a body transforming program using Pilates core conditioning flowing movements that will strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, align, and sculp and your entire body.

 Barre will transform  your entire body by creating long, lean muscles, narrow your waistline, gain suppleness and length. Barre results will include tight thighs, a high rounded seat, a flat stomache and an overall stronger sense of well- being. No dance experience is needed, no jumping/bouncing are involved.
