We are serving “All of your Fitness Needs” from Basic Beginner to Advanced Athlete

Andi Hibbert started visiting East Orleans in 1976 before moving here full time in 1978.

I have a love of fitness and started Teaching Fitness Professionally since 2003 -2020 at Nauset Community Ed.

I use many props, state of the art high end SPINNING bikes and Peak pilates equipment in a clean, private, air controlled, purified air studio. that is needed to keep you engaged and offering you many different workouts.

All classes are a limit of 10 as to not have overcrowding.

All Classes and Training sessions run for a Full Hour.

There are no monthly membership fees, instead clients purchase class credits or Appointment credits for either personal training, semi private, reformer group. All Credits are valid for ONE YEAR from first date of use and can be shared.

I also offer Private Small Group Appointments for Family events, Bridal Parties, Special occasion events

You are asked to manage your credits online through the MindBody system.

Balaced 4 Fitness Welcomes Pam

Pam moved to the Brewster in 2007 after receiving her Associates Degree in Exercise Science.  She has been involved in many facets of the the fitness industry for 13 years.  Pam is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, a Keiser Indoor Cycling Instructor, and holds several other certifications including Physical Activity Instruction of Older Adults, as well a Golden Waves Functional Exercise of Older Adults.  Pam loves teaching and thrives to ensure that her classes are always safe, fun and filled with great music!

My experience as a fitness instructor dates back a while! I was a member at Gloria Stevens in Orleans. One day they asked me to teach on the spot and that launched me into the fitness world.
Through various certifications, I‘ve slowly evolved into teaching Zumba/dance,  step aerobics, total body fitness, Spinning, Mat Pilates and Aqua aerobics. I have taught in many locations in the mid and lower  cape. My goal for the members is to provide a relaxed, yet motivating atmosphere and to encourage challenges for you and your fitness goals in an effective and safe way.

I’m very excited to finally land at Andrea’s beautiful Balanced4fitness studio and looking forward to spending a fun filled workout hour with you on the spin bikes with floor work:
9:00 Mondays and 8:30 Saturdays! 

Class Policy
All Classes Start on time
If you must cancel a class session you must give 24 hour notice by going online to YOUR schedule to cancel, or you will be charged for the full session.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to a scheduled session and have not contacted the studio, you may lose your spot and will be charged for that session!
All sessions/class cards must be paid for in advance.
