Dear Clients,

Balanced 4 Fitness studio has been closely monitoring the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The health of our Clients and our staff remain our first priority through these unprecedented and unsettling circumstances—and is at the heart of every decision we are making today and every day.

We also want to limit the exposure to and further spread of illnesses, including COVID-19, among our dedicated community. To that end, we are  Taking precautions and new policy procedures as we open on

Standard and guidance on classes 
  • 6 feet of separation between participants
  • Face coverings must be worn at all times
  • No shared equipment, tools or materials
  • Gathering must be less than 7 people, including
  • Class must have pre-registration process
  • Guidance signage in place
  • All equipment must be disinfected after use
  • Front and Back  studio doors will be open 
In addition to the state guidelines we ask that you do the following:
  • Bring your own towels and mats!
  • Bring your own water bottle filled beforehand
  • No outdoor shoes are allowed on studio floor
  • Early registration for reduced class size
Cape Cod Fitness, Pilates & Personal Trainer Andi Hibbert, is a life long student & fitness professional in East Orleans, Cape Cod Ma. on the way to Nauset Beach. Andi Hibbert is offering the most up-to-date, comprehensive fitness programs for all ages and abilities. Providing classes, small group training, private training, semi private training and trio Reformer. Teaching Nauset Community Ed since 2004 to help individuals acquire improvements in strength, flexibility, cardiovascular, balance, range of motion and improved health and wellness for a better quality of life.

There is no membership fee, clients purchase class or training credits that are valid for one year. Clients are responsible for managing their credits by registering for classes or training. Clients are responsible for cancelling their reservation if they are unable to attend. 24 hour cancelation required for classes and 48 hour cancelation required for appointments.

 Balanced 4 Fitness Welcomes Pam Smith

Pam moved to the Brewster in 2007 after receiving her Associates Degree in Exercise Science.  She has been involved in many facets of the the fitness industry for 13 years.  Pam is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, a Keiser Indoor Cycling Instructor, and holds several other certifications including Physical Activity Instruction of Older Adults, as well a Golden Waves Functional Exercise of Older Adults.  Pam loves teaching and thrives to ensure that her classes are always safe, fun and filled with great music!
