Work is done at a sensitive slower pace to help individuals achieve gains in Balance, Strength and Flexibility and maintaining their range of motion. With over 28 years experience working with the elderly as a certified Home Health Aid. Classes and clients include The Council on Aging for the Towns of Orleans and Eastham, post stroke victims, Parkinson’s disease, and wheel chair clients.

Gentle Guided Stretch & Pilates Mat Basic
Just starting out or returning to Fitness? This Classes is for you! Pilates is the blend of Yoga & Martial Arts. Stretching and flowing movement Pilates is a unique non-impact system of stretching and strengthening exercises developed over 90 years ago. Pilates will strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility and balance and strengthen the back.
The Pilates method of “Contrology” unites the Mind and Body to create a more streamlined body shape. The goal of PILATES MAT work exercises at any level , Beginner to Advanced, is to create a natural flow of movement from one exercise to another. There are 43 Mat exercises and the Basic Mat teaches you the first 7-9 movements. Eventually you will learn all the movements in order to be able perform them all, one right after the other.Once you have mastered all 9 basic moves with control, You will have completed Beginner level and are ready to move to Intermediate Mat!Fits all levels of fitness and all ages Everyone can incorporate Pilates into their lifestyle for a healthier, vibrant being. Now that the Basic principles of breath, concentration and control are developed, Pilates Mat intermediate introduces a multitude of new mat sequences exercises. Positions change frequently and exercises become more complex thus challenging your body and mind to fine tune the movements.

those sticking points, fitness assessment, or equipment selection, then this service isfor you

Multiple Private & Semi Private Training sessions
Now that you are ready to commit to reaching you fitness goals, it is time to schedule
regular appointments and invest in multiple training sessions. Regular scheduled
workouts with a trainer will hold you accountable, accelerate your fitness progress
and ensure that you are exercising with proper form, technique and intensity.
Single Semi Private one hour session $100.00

All Classes Start on time.
If you must cancel a session you must give 24 hour notice by calling, or you
will be charged for the full session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session and
have not contacted the studio, you may lose your session and will
be charged for that session!
All sessions/class cards must be paid for in advance.
